I had a delightful stay at the hotel. The rooms were of exceptional quality, super cozy, and provided an excellent experience. However, the service was disappointing and left much to be desired. The location, on the other hand, was fantastic with wonderful nearby dining options.

My stay at the hotel was fantastic! The rooms were great sized, and the staff was very friendly and accommodating. I loved the tea/coffee making facilities in the room and the tremendous view of the cathedral from the large corner balcony. The room was calm as requested and offered a beautiful and spacious setting, although it was a bit too warm due to the heating requiring us to keep the window open.

My stay at the hotel was simply amazing. The rooms were lovely and very clean with great views from the 11th floor, overlooking the beautiful city. The beds were large and comfortable, and all the modern amenities were available. The service was top-notch, with a warm welcome and very friendly and helpful staff. The location was excellent, just a short 10-minute walk to the old town, and well positioned for enjoying the Christmas markets. The dining experience was wonderful, offering a huge selection of breakfast items and delicious freshly prepared eggs and sausages. The facilities were great, with very good fitness facilities and a good sauna on the crowded 12th-floor Old City view. However, it was a bit disappointing that the dining was extremely expensive compared to other hotels with similar breakfast buffets.

Despite being a Gold member, I couldn't check in earlier, and the room was small and overly hot, but the beds were comfy. The service was absolutely amazing despite the lack of staff, and they were super helpful and friendly. The location was well placed for us to visit tourist attractions hassle-free, although it's behind the center. The dining options were decent, but not convinced it's the best in town. Overall a good stay with some minor drawbacks.
